This service is for your Xbox 360 DVD-Rom Drive to be upgraded to the latest, greatest firmware ixtreme Lite Touch (LT) – Allowing you to play your own backups and software!

We carry out the service the very same day that we receive the drive/console from you, and aim to get it shipped back out the very same day!

We are currently upgrading ALL PHILIPS, LITEON AND BENQ drives to iXtreme LT. The first Live Safe firmware!

Our firmware upgrade allows you to play all current, previous and future games for the XBOX 360 and the XBOX.

At request we will send you a copy of your original firmware incase of future upgrades.

Once you have ordered the repair we will send you the shipping details.

Please ship your console/drive to us CAREFULLY. Package it with padding, bubble wrap,packaging, crumpled up paper anything to ensure the console is protected during transit! Include a copy of your invoice and make sure to list the problem so that we may help you as thoroughly as possible.

We suggest you use a trackable shipping service so that you are informed of when it arrives to our office. Once it does arrive we will repair and send out the following day. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE MEMORY CARDS, ADAPTERS, GAMES, POWER BRICK, AV CABLE OR HDMI CABLE!
