Just send your faulty DVD drive, or whole console to us, and we will flash your original drive key onto a brand new Philips DVD drive. Also when the drive is flashed we will upgrade the drive's firmware to the latest Ixtreme to enable your Xbox 360 to play backups of your own games, and DVDs.

Once you have ordered the Drive replacement we will send you the shipping details.

Please ship your console/drive to us CAREFULLY. Package it with padding, bubble wrap,packaging, crumpled up paper anything to ensure the console is protected during transit! Include a copy of your invoice and make sure to list the problem so that we may help you as thoroughly as possible.

We suggest you use a trackable shipping service so that you are informed of when it arrives to our office. Once it does arrive we will repair and send out the following day. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE MEMORY CARDS, ADAPTERS, GAMES, POWER BRICK, AV CABLE OR HDMI CABLE!
